  • Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed either in writing or through our official booking systems.
  • Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Amendments: Changes to bookings must be communicated to us in a timely manner and are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy, which may include administrative fees.
  1. Passenger Conduct & Safety
  • Passengers must comply with driver’s instructions at all times.
  • Seat belts must be worn where provided.
  • Any damage caused to vehicles by a passenger may result in charges to cover cleaning or repair costs.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all Crusade Coaches vehicles.
  1. Delays & Service Interruptions

While every effort is made to ensure punctuality, Crusade Coaches is not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, roadworks, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or any event beyond our control. We recommend allowing additional time for journeys, especially when travelling to airports or events.

  1. Lost Property

Items left on vehicles will be held for a reasonable period. Crusade Coaches accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property. Passengers are advised to check for their belongings before exiting the vehicle.

  1. Liability

We will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses.
  • Missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Loss of data or profits resulting from the use of our website or services.
